Happy Tuesday my friends, and while I wait for the finished colors and letters on the last 5 pages of The AracKnight and then I'll have the digitals delivered and the printers hot and primed,
While we wait, here is the next chapter in The American Safari -- which is almost completed, and now we enter The Pacific Northwest, with WASHINGTON,
Originally I was planning a Daphne and Velma Baristas Cover -- the whole Starbucks theme, but considering I walk my dog to Starbucks almost every day for her pup cup -- it didn't seem very Washington Authentic,
Then the next idea was of course incorporating an Emerald City theme and perhaps Harley as Kurt Cobain, but none of it screamed to me,
And then I was listening to some Youtube Music Mixes and Alice in Chains came on.
And I was immediately inspired, and called Jose Varese, hoping to wake him up at 3am Stan Lee--Ditko style but thrilled to see he was also awake,
And a new cover was born,
