Evening my friends -- Updates A Bound,
First up, INDIANA & POKER 3 Arrive Tmw Morning via UPS through the ultimate snow storm raveled lanes -- So thankfully there is no football this coming week, as I shall be packing and taping, so as always -- Keep your eyes open on emails for your tracking codes -- as there have been reports of f'n porch pirates lurking for Faro treasures.
Speaking of treasure -- I have 2 -- first up -- it occurred to me that I didn't put up a listing for the SEXY Version of the ANIME OTTAWA Cover -- featuring HARLEY SHAIA from Voltage Gowcaizer Fighter -- so pick it up if Holochrome is your Fancy,
And one more treasure -- this one with real meaning --
This weekend, I sent off a fraternity brother and a great friend off to Valhalla, and when I was overwhelmed by his widow's tribute, I wanted to leave something behind with her that had real value, something beyond lip service so that she truly knew that she would never be alone,
So I took off my chain -- my silver chain, the one bloody damn thing that I love in this life, besides my dick and my dog.
But I was moved by her tribute, and I wanted her to feel a piece of strength so that the feelings didn't end when the last person leaves the service. I always wonder what happens the next morning.
My friend Cory loved my chain, it was a silver bike chain given to me by my brother, and I had it dipped in white gold to mark my resurrection after my second near death experience.
As a writer, we are naturally superstitious, so I truly believe that fuckin chain has superpowers. And I really really regret taking it off.
Which is why it was important to do it, to share in her loss, as if on a minute scale. Plus, every time she feels alone, she can draw from its power -- the same way I did.
So, my sister also got me a new Spiderman Citizens Watch -- And anyone who knows me knows I am a staunch minimalist, because of my nomadic ex convict nature, I never hold on to anything long enough, and when I get something new, I flip my treasures to a brand new hustler.
So, that brings us to this fine treasure -- when I was in college, there was a Maxim wanna be magazine called GEAR, which had a fashion spread that showed off a SILVER SURFER Stainless Steel Watch from Technomarine, part of a 5 character series they would be doing with Marvel.
I fell in love with the Surfer, but it was $500, and I was a broke senior saving for a car. So I left it as one of those pipe dreams. Someday we say :)
Many years later, as I climbed the ranks of unknown mysterious independent comic book publishers, I finally tracked down that baby and bought it.
And I've worn it on 6 continents, as I am the bloody Silver Surfer.
I've also collected some rusty silver pieces from my travels around this rock. And I have a collectible Fantastic Four Pin from my night at the Premiere.

So I put it together in the original Techno-Marine box and decided to send it off to a new scoundrel in training.
Because I've been gifted with both loss and gain, and I don't like to carry old treasures, when the quest for new ones makes the story, which makes the art,
Time to make the donuts,
So, if you are interested I have listed the BOX in the ADD-ON Section and I have put together a bit of a special ART & TREASURE BOX Package including the last Cover on the market -- The Gladiatrix Cover.
Happy Hunting my friends,
